Children's Creative Dnace Class: 7.00-7.50pm
Contemporary dance technique with creative movement. For boys and girls who love to move, who would thrive on creative challenge.
Adults Wellness Class: 8.00-9.00pm
A mindful approach to contemporary dance, focussing on breathing, inner body connections and expressive movement.
No previous experience necessary.
Wear loose clothing with bare feet. Bring water.

EXCEL: Intensive course for youth dancers, March 2025
Young dancers of secondary school age can apply to join this new opportunity to experience an intensive creative course in contemporary dance, taught by professional dancers, with a professional company atmosphere, working towards a new choreography to be performed in a sharing to an audience of family and friends.
Selection is by attending a workshop/audition on 01 March.
